PROCESSING TIME: This piece is made to order so please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship (although I usually get orders out much quicker).

RETURN POLICY: I accept returns within 7 days of your item being delivered. To start a return please email me at info@radicaljewelryco.com. Return shipping must be paid by customer.

PACKAGING: All jewelry is packaged in either a jewelry box or keepsake organic linen pouch, care instructions and a RADI~CAL sticker. To conserve resources I do pack orders with multiple items in as few jewelry boxes as I can. If youre ordering multiple items and need them gift wrapped seperatly- please leave me a note at checkout.

RING RESIZING

RING RESIZING:

I’m happy to now offer ring resizing! I can size rings up or down by up to 1.5 sizes.
Because every piece is handmade, not all rings can be resized—this depends on the band’s design and construction. Styles that include inlay, flush-set stones, or certain detailed elements may not be eligible.
If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing and I can let you know if your ring can be adjusted.
Resizing is done by a trusted specialist outside of my studio and may add up to two weeks to your order’s ship time.
The resizing fee is $35—if you’d like your ring resized, simply add the resizing listing to your cart at checkout.
