Current processing times:

Made to order items: All jewelry is made to order by myself and shipped 7-10 business days after your order is placed. I am a one woman show, I make everything from the ear wires to the jump rings to stamping every box! Life does happen and sometimes it could take a couple extra days to get your orders out. I do try my best to get orders out within 4-5 days though! I gotchu boo!

Collection pieces: I try to get all collection pieces out within a couple days. If you ordered a "finish in your size" piece, please allow up to two weeks for the piece to be completed 

S T A N D A R D  S H I P P I N G 

once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking code according to the service you purchased.

I offer:

First Class- delivered within the US in 5-10 business days. (While the USPS delays are happening) 

Priority: delivered within 2-4 business days. (It’s usually 2-3 days)

Shipping is all handled by our carriers, I do not get in a truck and physically deliver your items, therefore I have no say or control over how quickly they may get to you during a high volume season. Once your items have shipped, please be patient with our carriers as they are experiencing high volume as well. 

Please note by choosing Priority shipping orders (2-3 day) do NOT affect processing time. The order processing timeframe under the section "ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING" above still applies to your order. 

I can not refund your order or shipping costs due to lack of understanding of the above mentioned re: expedited shipping. 

  

L O S T / S T O L E N P A C K A G E S

once your package leaves my studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.

if your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package. All shipping does include insurance! Here’s some tips when you find yourself in this situation:

-check with your neighbors! Sometimes packages get dropped off at the wrong house

-sometimes USPS pre scans packages before they arrive, give it a couple days and see if it shows up!

-If the above steps have been checked off and it says your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, since you’re on the receiving side, you will have to open a claim with your local post office

All international customers are responsible to pay any customs or taxes that your country requires.  

I ship all orders with full insurance. If your package is lost or stolen then you are free to open up a claim with USPS

when your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info. Please allow for 24-48 hours for your tracking info to become available!

 

Return shipping will be paid by the customer

 RETURNS - ALL COLLECTION PIECES ARE FINAL SALE! 

Please know your size before ordering and I do sell ring sizers in my shop. These pieces can be very sought after during collection releases and if the item was to be returned, I would already be working on a new collection, so it just doesn't work out. Im sorry for the inconvenience

I will accept returns/exchanges of made to order pieces within 7 days of when you've received your items. Once I have received and processed your returned items and they are in original resale condition, you will receive a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping

EXCHANGES - exchanges are welcome for any "made to order" pieces. Collection pieces are final sale
