I’m so excited to finally open a limited number of custom spots each month! Custom work is a collaborative, thoughtful process, and these guidelines help ensure a smooth and positive experience for both of us!
CUSTOMS MUST BE BASED ON PHOTOS OF MY OWN WORK!!
Custom sign ups can be found in collection drops OR at the bottom of this page. If slots are sold out- that means customs are closed till the next month.
Heres how its going to work:
AVAILABILITY:
• A limited number of custom commission spots will be released each month during collection drops.
• Once all spots are filled, customs will close until the next release.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your custom spot. This deposit will go towards your piece.
•Once we finalize your design I will take HALF PAYMENT of the total price agreed before I get started on your project
TIMELINE:
• Custom pieces have an estimated turnaround time of 8–12 weeks from the date we finalize your design
• Timelines may vary slightly depending on design complexity, stone sourcing, and casting schedules.
• Rush orders are not available at this time.
DESIGN PROCESS:
• CUSTOMS MUST BE BASED ON PHOTOS OF MY OWN WORK!! (past or current designs). Under no circumstances will I take photos of other peoples work
• I do not recreate or replicate other artists’ designs.
• Minor adjustments to my designs (stone swaps, texture changes, scale) are welcome within reason.
STONES & MATERIALS
• I WILL ONLY USE MY STONES OR STONES I SOURCE. I won’t be accepting your personal stones at the moment.
•Stone availability can vary. If a specific stone is unavailable, I’ll offer comparable alternatives. If iI dont have something specific in my current inventory- I can spend a little time sourcing something for you. If we’re having a hard time finding something, your $100 deposit will be refunded.
COMMUNICATION:
• All custom communication will be handled via email ONLY! No dms please
•Please allow 1 business day for my response during the design phases
•Out of respect for both of our time, please respond to emails within 1-2 business days
FINAL PAYMENT:
• The remaining balance is due before shipping once your piece is completed. Please pay invoice within 48 hours
• Pieces will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
• Custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• If you choose to cancel after the design process has begun, the deposit will be forfeited.
