COLLECTION PIECES: Please know your size before ordering and I do sell ring sizers in my shop. These pieces can be very sought after during collection releases and if the item was to be returned, I would already be working on a new collection, so it just doesn't work out. I do not offer refunds on gift cards & collection pieces. Im sorry for the inconvenience

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: I will accept returns of made to order pieces within 14 days of when you've received your items. Once I have received and processed your returned items and they are in original resale condition, you will receive a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping

EXCHANGES - exchanges for non-custom and non one-of-a-kind(collection pieces) items can be processed within 14 business days of receipt. Your items must be in original resale condition. Return shipping must be paid by customer

Made to order items: All jewelry is made to order by myself and shipped 7-10 business days after your order is placed. I am a one woman show, I make everything from the ear wires to the jump rings to stamping every box! Life does happen and sometimes it could take a couple extra days to get your orders out. I do try my best to get orders out within 4-5 days though! I gotchu boo!

Collection pieces: I try to get all collection pieces out within a couple days. If you ordered a "finish in your size" piece, please allow up to two weeks for the piece to be completed 

SHIPPING: once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking code according to the service you purchased.
I offer: First Class- delivered within the US in 5-10 business days.  Priority: delivered within 2-4 business days. (It’s usually 2-3 days)

Please note by choosing Priority shipping orders (2-3 day) do NOT affect processing time. The order processing timeframe still applies to your order. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: Once your package leaves my studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. I DO SHIP ALL PACKAGES FULLED INSURED! If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office first. They will assist you in trying to recovor your package. Here’s some tips when you find yourself in this situation:

-Check with your neighbors! Sometimes packages get dropped off at the wrong house

-Sometimes USPS pre scans packages before they arrive, give it a couple days and see if it shows up!

-If the above steps have been checked off and it says your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please email me at info@radicaljewelryco.com and I can assist you in submitting an insurance claim!

All international customers are responsible to pay any customs or taxes that your country requires.  

Almost all of my collection pieces are one-of-a-kind. At the bottom of each instagram post you will see a collection date. If that date has past and that piece is no longer on my website, then it has sold. If that date is coming up then that means thats when that particular piece will come available.

I do try to bring back your guys favorites. For instance, if I haven't had any Desert Gem Chokers in the last few collections you should be expecting them in the upcoming collections.

If you have your heart set on something, I recommend snagging it because chances are it wont return in the future.

My "Made to Order" pieces (the ones that are always available on my website) get restocked every couple weeks or so as I get caught up on orders and can get more supplies ordered.
